” My experience with this organization started off amazing. I went and met with the director of admissions in person with my daughter to register her for camp and potentially other programs they had. I expressed to the director that I was interested in multiple weeks of camp for my daughter and that she needed the social interaction in many ways. On the application forms I checked off multiple weeks of camp. I got told by the director that because I have OAP funding I have to pay an additional $250 more. No problem I paid it immediately for the week of camp she sent me. I heard no further communication from them and followed up about additional weeks only to be told oh sorry miscommunication we filled your daughters spot. Now if I’m being truthful I believe they pick and choose who they want there. The director told my daughter how excited they were to have her and how she was going to make a ton of friends. My daughter had a rough few moments nothing drastic some swearing and some anxiety throughout the week but she is ASD so this is not crazy abnormal behavior and also something I told them about. I guess because my daughter did not have perfect behavior the entire week she went they decided to fill her spot for all the remaining weeks despite me selecting them on the application form and telling the director face to face. The worst part of this entire experience is my daughter finished camp 3 weeks ago with this organization and I still cannot get a receipt for the money I paid. I have followed up numerous times expressing the need to submit the receipt to OAP and keep getting blown off and told that I will get it and still have not received it. At this point I have to look at escalating this issue to someone above the director of admissions. Please think twice before you use this organization. They lied directly to mine and my daughter’s face and now I’m literally chasing them to get a receipt for my purchase. I did not hesitate to pay them the extra money they asked for but I can’t get a proper receipt. I’m extremely upset over this entire experience and so is my daughter because she made a friend and was looking forward to coming back only to be told sorry we filled her spot after I sent 3 emails. “
” Amazing school, great teachers, & better management. Very responsive, caring, & helpful. My son did his schooling there & it helped him a lot & took him far. He had an overall amazing experience, anytime he needed help the staff would go above & beyond to help him out with what him needed. The staff are very professional and I am so touched to see my son has improved a lot during his time here. “
” Not the best service. We had a meeting scheduled for the Friday before Family Day so the staff could see my son and see if he was a good fit for the March Break Camp. The woman who arranged the appointment informed my spouse that “the weather was supposed to be bad that day and would call to confirm.” No one got ahold of my spouse to confirm, no one answered the phone to the location. Google chat function allowed me to get ahold of someone there and they rescheduled for us. This should have been our first red flag. Now, its only day 3 of March Break, surely the child must be doing great at the camp. Well, we were informed today that “they cannot accommodate him tomorrow morning. There is no extra staff.” Now, we are PAYING FOR A SERVICE. You’d think with the monetary gains they are receiving staff could be paid. But, alas, apparently they cant. I do not recommend this place. Steer clear of them if at all possible. “
” This organization is amazing. The staff here are so kind and caring towards each individual student. They make it such a welcoming environment. I’ve volunteered and have works for many places and this is by far the most amazing I’ve seen by far. The amount of care and thought that is put into each individual student is outstanding. The principal Allie works nonstop making sure that students have everything they require and more. I would highly recommend this school to anyone looking. Not only do the students gain amazing skill sets but staff make it so fun and engaging for them! 10/10 school and staff members. “
